This is a very exciting and true story of the Armenian Genocide.
Congratulations to Irene Vosbikian!
I absolutely loved this book. Before reading this non fiction account, I had no idea that the Turks had killed so many Armenians. I am not a history buff, but this book made it so real and so interesting. After reading this, I saw an article in the newspaper indicating the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of this holocaust. This information would not have meant as much to me if I hadn't read "Bedros".
This is as real as it gets, Heart pounding ride about the life and times of devastation of Christians in the early 20th Century.
This spellbinding account of one man's tale is not to be missed. It is a wondrous story of ingenuity, optimism, and persistence. A page turner.
